REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At Balada Fashion, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Returns

Return Window:
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions:
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Must include the receipt or proof of purchase

Important:
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Or if you received the wrong item

Contact us immediately at baladafashion39@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

4. Exchanges

Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7  days

Need something else?
The fastest way is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

5. EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you are eligible for a 14-day cancellation or return period, regardless of the reason.
Returned items must still meet the same eligibility criteria (unused, tags, original packaging, proof of purchase).

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
